• Improve employee efficiency by enhancing work comfort and safety:

a) Luminaires with an LED source provide sufficient light needed (higher brightness), so the worker does not get overly tired, is more efficient and this protects his eyesight.

b) LED lighting has a wider spectrum of light, very close to that of the sun. This translates into a color rendering index (CRI). The result is much better visibility in the illuminated area, clearer rendering of the color difference of objects and higher contrast.

• LEDs use less electricity. They operate at a much lower wattage, producing more light. Thus, they will be more environmentally friendly and generate savings on bills of up to 70% compared to old generation light sources.
  
  
• Old light sources (fluorescent lamps) contain mercury, which is harmful to human health and the environment. Moreover, they are problematic to dispose of. LEDs are completely safe – they do not emit high temperatures and do not have a glass housing.
  
  
• LEDs are more durable and thus have a longer life than traditional incandescent bulbs. Thanks to excellent thermal properties, LEDs shine about 50,000h, while the old generation sources only about 1,500h. Such much higher efficiency is made possible by the new technology, thanks to which LEDs use most of the supplied energy to emit light, while traditional sources use 5% of the energy to produce light and the rest is used to generate heat.
  
  
• Replacing LED sources is much easier, safer and therefore more accessible. Manufacturers are phasing out the production of traditional incandescent bulbs, so already facilities that use the old generation of lighting face the problem of replacing used incandescent (fluorescent) bulbs.
